MODEL Lara Stone was born in the small Dutch town of Mierlo to a Dutch mother and a British father. She was first discovered in the Paris Metro aged 12 and took part in the Elite Model Look competition in 1999 when she was just 15.
Lara Stone signed with IMG in 2006 and began a career gracing the catwalks and campaigns of the world's most influential designers and brands including; Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Lanvin, Prada, Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, Balmain, Celine, Hermès, Jean Paul Gaultier, Dolce & Gabbana and Hugo Boss.
